Festival of Tabernacles Studies

   Jesus came preaching a message of the Kingdom of God where the meek would inherit the earth. This time is characterised by this Hebrew Festival of Tabernacles or tents. While in an Old Testament context it represented the time the Israelites wandered in the wilderness and dwelt in booths on their journey to the Promised Land, for us as Christians we observe this festival as a bolster to our hope in the return of Jesus Christ to earth to establish the Spiritual Promised Land in the form of His Millennial Kingdom. This will be a time when the lion dwells with the lamb, nations shall beat their swords into ploughshares and peace and justice will reign supreme. These studies are designed to provide a glimpse into the possibilities of what that future may be like.
